1- Go to your Google Plus profile.
Click ” communities ” on the left hand side of your Google Plus home page, then ” establish a community.”

3- Give your neighborhood a name.
Give your community a name, then click “create community.”

5- Create a slogan for your product.
To tag your neighborhood, type in some descriptive phrases.
6- Compose a summary
Make a description of your neighborhood. Let people know what you’re talking about in this community and encourage them to share and participate.
